The story

From the dance floor to the film set.

Skyllamas was founded in 2018 by director Slawomir “Slawek” Roszak, a former competitive ballroom dancer who still coaches and choreographs.

Performance teaches timing, movement, composition and how to hold an audience. Those instincts moved from the dance floor into filmmaking, and they shape every Skyllamas production.

We know both sides of the camera: the people performing in front of it and the production happening behind it. The camera is the easy part. The story is the job.

How we work

  1. Discover the story.

What makes this person, brand, artist or idea worth watching? We find that first.

  2. Build the world.

Script, cast, set, light, sound and music, all designed around that story.

  3. Give it a stage.

A finished film, show or campaign made for the moment people stop scrolling and care.
